Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark spiced rum
  • 1 oz Bailey's Almande
  • 1 oz espresso
  • 4 oz vegan eggnog

For Garnish

  • coffee beans
  • ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add desired amount of rum using a measuring cup or jigger.
  • Next, add your espresso. You'll want it to be room temperature so it doesn't melt the ice.
  • Add the eggnog and Vegan Bailey's Irish Cream. Place the lid on and give it a good shake for 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Strain into martini glasses. Garnish with coffee beans, a dash of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!

  • Nutrition Information - information about nutrition for this recipe is an estimate.
  • Up Your Presentation - for an even classier presentation, serve in a chilled martini glass. To do this, rinse your cocktail glasses with cold water and place them in the freezer for about 10 minutes. While they're chilling, prepare the perfect cocktail.
  • Experiment With Toppings - while cinnamon and coffee beans are traditional garnishes for this cocktail, feel free to experiment by trying other toppings like shaved chocolate and a sprinkle of nutmeg. You can also garnish the rim of your glass by wetting the rim and then dipping it into pumpkin pie spice.
  • Fresh Is Best - for best results, use freshly brewed espresso when making this Eggnog Espresso Martini. Although you can substitute with super strong coffee, avoid using instant coffee or previously brewed coffee to get the richest flavor.
  • Shake Like A Madman - 20-30 seconds of vigorous shaking will give this delicious drink a nice frothy foam that looks great in a martini glass.
