Vegan Alfredo Sauce

This recipe can be made in 30 minutes. First, take your zucchini and spiral it.

Saute the garlic in the olive oil in medium sauce pan on medium heat. Stir in the pumpkin puree, vegan butter, sage and maple syrup.

Add the Almond milk a little at a time until the sauce reaches your desired consistency. Add to your noodles.
