Peel & slice sweet potatoes into thin strips or thick wedges, whichever you prefer.

Soak sweet potato slices in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes. This removes excess starch and helps them become extra crispy.

Add olive oil and seasonings and toss until evenly coated.

Air Fry at 380F until crispy, usually 18-20 minutes. Shake every 5-7 minutes so they fry evenly and you don't burn them.

Remove from air fryer and place on some paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve immediately piping hot. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
