HOW TO GRILL PEACHES

Shop for the following  ingredients. You may already have some of them on hand.

Prepare your peaches by washing and patting them dry. Then cut each peach in half and remove the pit. Finally, brush with maple syrup and sprinkle with sea salt. 

Place peach halves cut side down on a preheated grill, medium heat. Grill for 5-10 minutes being careful not to burn. Remove from grill with tongs. 

Place peaches on plate, then top with vegan mascarpone or a scoop of dairy-free ice cream, crushed pistachios and a drizzle of maple syrup. 

Enjoy with your favorite glass of wine!
