Blueberry Chia Pudding

To a food processor, add non-dairy yogurt, agave syrup, vanilla and fresh blueberries. Pulse on high until creamy. Add chia seeds and stir. Place in refrigerator to thicken.The longer the better.

Add remaining dairy-free yogurt and the top fatty part of a can of coconut cream. Pulse until creamy. This is your yogurt layer.
