Ingredients

  • 4 oz champagne
  • 2 oz sparkling apple cider
  • cinnamon stick optional
  • rosemary spring optional
  • apple slice optional

Instructions

  • Pour 4 oz of champagne into a champagne flute.
  • Follow with 2 oz regular or sparkling apple cider.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick, rosemary sprig and slice of apple. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Keep in mind that using regular apple cider instead of sparkling apple cider will result in a darker apple cider mimosa than what is pictured and a little less bubbly.
  • For best results, prepare and serve immediately. Waiting to serve will cause the mimosa to go flat before serving to guests.
  • If you prefer a stronger apple cider taste, simply swap an ounce of champagne for another ounce of apple cider. Alternatively, if you would like a stronger mimosa, swap an ounce of apple cider for another ounce of champagne.
