Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk or plant milk of your choosing
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla syrup sugar-free
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 2 ounces whipped cream non-dairy

Instructions

  • Heat plant milk in the microwave for about 2 minutes or until hot. Make two shots of espresso or very strong coffee. Set aside. Pour heated milk in an espresso pitcher (or any kind of small pitcher). Froth the milk until foamy and it has doubled in size. TIPif you have an espresso machine with a milk frother you can simply make the espresso, steam and froth the milk using this.
  • Divide espresso into two mugs. Add unsweetened vanilla syrup and stir well.
  • Divide plant milk into mugs filled with espresso making sure to reserve the foam for the top.
  • Top each mug with a thick layer of foam.
  • Finish with a dollop of non-dairy whipped cream. Serve immediately and enjoy!
