Strawberry Champagne Vinaigrette Recipe

Strawberry Champagne Vinaigrette is sure to brighten up any salad. Choc-full of fresh strawberries, tangy Dijon, and luscious champagne vinegar, this is a quick and easy copycat blender salad dressing you can whip up in 5 minutes that’s vegan, gluten-free with no added sugar.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender high speed works best
  • 1 sharp knife

Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz fresh strawberries rinsed, drained, stems removed
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon champagne vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  • Add olive oil, champagne vinegar, agave, lemon juice, strawberries, sea salt and pepper to a blender. Blend on high speed for 3 minutes. Drizzle over salad immediately then store in a glass jar with a tight lid in your refrigerator.

Notes

  • Nutrition information is an estimate. 
  • If you don't have fresh strawberries, my strawberry champagne vinaigrette will work using an equal amount of frozen berries. Be sure to thaw at room temperature prior to placing in blender. with the other ingredients.
  • Do a taste test prior to dressing a salad with this strawberry vinaigrette. If you prefer a sweeter dressing, add more agave. If you prefer a more tangy, tart dressing, add more champagne vinegar.
  • Fresh out of champagne vinegar? No worries! Simply substitute with white wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar, instead.
