VEGAN WHITE BEAN CHILI 

To make this easy 30-minute recipe, you'll need the following simple ingredients. You may have some on hand in your pantry.

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until onions are tender.

Add vegetables and seasonings and give it a good stir. Sauté for another 5 minutes until heated through.

Add in vegetable broth and rest of ingredients except sour cream. Bring to a boil.

Remove from heat. Add vegan sour cream and stir, continue to cook until heated through.

Ladle into bowls and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy with some crusty bread.
