First sauté onions & garlic in a little olive oil. Then add vegan butter, nutmeg, mushrooms and paprika & give things another good stir.
Thicken with whole wheat flour. & brown the mushrooms. Then pour in Marsala Cooking Wine & tahini & simmer. Add veggie broth & bring to boil.
