Vegan Potato Salad

This easy vegan potato salad takes less than 30 minutes to make. Here are the ingredients.

First, boil and drain your potatoes. Set aside to cool, then chop into cubes.

Then add your chopped veggies, vegan mayo and seasonings and stir well.

Top with smoked paprika and fresh dill. Serve with my Portobello Mushroom Burgers. Enjoy!
