Vegan  Banana Pancakes

To a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sea salt and sugar together thoroughly. Add oat milk, vanilla extract and mashed banana to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Ladle your pancake mixture onto a hot skillet. Flip and cook on both sides.

Add extra slices of bananas and syrup and enjoy.
