VEGAN NAAN

 Here are the 7 simple ingredients you'll need for this recipe. Notice it's made with no yeast and no yogurt.

First add dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk thoroughly.

Add olive oil -and plant milk and stir until well-incorporated.

Knead the dough with your hands for several minutes. Add water if needed. The dough should be sticky.

Mix garlic into the dough and shape into a round ball. Place the dough back in the bowl and cover with a kitchen towel to rest for 10 minutes.

Separate the dough into 6 even balls. Roll out each ball on a floured surface as thin as possible; the thinner the better.

Cook naan over high heat. Brush each side with olive oil. When it bubbles it's time to flip.

Remove naan bread from skillet. Brush tops with more olive oil or vegan butter. Sprinkle with some fenugreek or parsley and enjoy!
