In a large skilled cook your black pepper, garlic, and onion. In step 2 you will add your mushrooms, nutmeg and vegan butter and cook thoroughly.

In step 3 you will be adding your flour and coating your mushrooms and step 4 adding your Marsala wine and tahini.

In step 5 you will want to add your noodles and then add your tofu sour cream and vegan cream cheese. Cook per the instructions until noodles are al dente.
