This is a Vegan recipe but you can substitute if you aren't Vegan.
Add vegan mayonnaise, garlic, sea salt, white pepper, ground mustard, and lemon juice to a food processor. Mix well.
Cook your potatoes in your air fryer. Using the bottom of a mason jar (works best), smash the potatoes, one at a time.
Brush each side with olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt, white pepper, and paprika. Finish with a few sprigs of rosemary. Finish off in your air fryer.
