Mash your banana with a fork and then add maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and sea salt
Mix well and then add in your oat milk. After mixed well, add in your chia seeds and whisk well.
Cover and chill overnight. You will want to mix your pudding before eating, as the chia seeds settle towards the bottom.
