Vegan Mushroom Stroganoff

In a large skillet, add black pepper, olive oil, garlic and chopped onion. Stirring frequently. When finished add in step 2 ingredients.

Coat your mushrooms with flour and then cook until done. Next, add in Marsala, tahini and vegetable broth.

Follow steps 5 and 6 incorporating those ingredients. Stir in the final ingredients and serve warm.
