These tacos are delicious and can easily be made in your Instant Pot
To your instant pot, add olive oil, garlic, onion, vegetable broth, chipotle peppers and adobo sauce, oregano, cumin, fire-roasted tomatoes, sea salt and black pepper to taste, tomato sauce and sugar.
Shred your jack fruit and add to your instant Pot and cook per the instructions.
Add to your corn or flour tortillas and top with your favorite sides. These are so quick and easy to make and Oh by the way delicious.
