For the crispiest sticky tofu, start by pressing the tofu for at least 30 minutes to an hour
Saute your garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes. add maple syrup, tamari, rice vinegar and tomato paste, and whisk until ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Add cornstarch, olive oil and tamari, to your diced tofu and stir until evenly coated
Combine ingredients and serve over your favorite rice.
