Gather your ingredients. 

First cook coconut garlic noodles according to recipe. Set aside. Press and chop your tofu.

No need to marinate or coat with flour

Heat olive oil in wok and fry tofu until crisp. 

Stir-fry vegetables with tofu, then add to cooked garlic coconut noodles

Garnish with fresh basil and lime wedges and serve piping hot.
