First gather your ingredients. This is made to top with avocado crema which is a must-try with corn on the cob. 

Fire up your BBQ grill, either indoors or out. Place corn directly on grill.

Turn corn several times until charred. Remove, let cool, then pull the husks toward the stem.

Tie husks up with string or twine. Brush with melted coconut oil.

Sprinkle with vegan Parmesan and drizzle with avocado crema.
